4.3 Payment
Payments are processed securely through the Website’s chosen payment provider. No card details are stored by Charles Thorne Photography.
4.4 Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on print size, framing, and production schedules. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
4.5 Returns & Refunds
Because prints are produced to order, returns are accepted only if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item is delivered
Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt, with photographic evidence.
5. Workshops
5.1 Booking
Workshop bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
5.2 Cancellations
- Cancellations by the customer more than 14 days before the workshop: refund minus any processing fees.
- Cancellations within 14 days: no refund unless the place is resold.
- If Charles Thorne Photography cancels a workshop, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
5.3 Liability
Participants are responsible for their own equipment and personal safety during workshops.
6. Wedding & Portrait Photography
Separate contracts may apply for wedding or portrait bookings. Where a conflict exists, the signed contract takes precedence over these Terms.
7. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with the Website’s functionality
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Upload malicious code
- Use the Website for unlawful purposes
8. Limitation of Liability
Charles Thorne Photography is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
